Each project is individually reviewed and scoped according to its scientific complexity, objectives, deliverables, and requested delivery schedule, with pricing provided in the applicable Project Agreement before work begins.

How the Process Works

    Submit a Project InquiryTell Astroman about your scientific question, project, and desired deliverable.

    Complete Project IntakeIf the project appears suitable, provide the additional information needed to understand the project requirements and intended use.

    Receive a Proposal and Scope of WorkWhen appropriate for the project, Astroman provides a proposed scope, methodology, deliverables, schedule, and fees for review.

    Finalize the Project AgreementAstroman and the client agree to the written Project Agreement establishing the engagement and its applicable terms.
  5. 5
    Submit Any Required Initial PaymentSubstantive work begins after the Project Agreement is established and Astroman receives any required initial payment.
  6. 6
    Project Work and DeliveryAstroman performs the agreed work and provides the deliverables according to the Project Agreement. Material scope changes are documented in writing as appropriate.

A Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement may be used when appropriate before confidential project information is exchanged.

Existing Client Payment

Existing clients should submit payment only in accordance with the applicable Project Agreement and an invoice or payment request issued by Astroman. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Astroman does not directly store complete credit-card or bank-account information.

Accepted Payment Methods

StripePayPal

Astroman accepts payment through Stripe and PayPal. Payment instructions are provided directly to clients after the applicable Project Agreement or invoice has been issued.

Payment Terms

The required payment amount, payment schedule, deliverables, revision terms, and estimated completion date will be provided in the applicable Project Agreement before any required payment is made. Payments may be required in full or as a deposit depending on the project.
