Unless expressly stated in a Project Agreement, Astroman does not conduct laboratory experiments, clinical trials, or other original experimental research.

Astroman does not provide healthcare or practice medicine through this website or its scientific consulting services.

Scientific evidence is inherently subject to limitations, uncertainty, conflicting findings, methodological differences, subsequent publications, reinterpretation, and continuing development.

Analyses and conclusions therefore reflect the evidence reasonably available at the time the work is performed. Astroman does not warrant that scientific information or conclusions will remain complete, current, or unchanged after delivery.

5.Professional Judgment and No Guaranteed Outcome

Scientific evidence analysis involves professional judgment. Reasonable experts may interpret the same body of evidence differently.

Astroman does not guarantee any particular scientific conclusion, research result, publication acceptance, regulatory action or approval, commercial result, clinical outcome, or other outcome arising from the use of its work.

A conclusion that differs from a client's expectation does not, by itself, indicate that the analysis is inaccurate or that the agreed services were not properly performed.

6.Client Decisions and Specialized Professional Advice

Astroman's deliverables may assist clients in understanding scientific evidence and making informed decisions, but the client remains responsible for decisions and actions taken using those deliverables.

Where a decision requires a medical, clinical, legal, regulatory-compliance, financial, engineering, or other licensed or specialized professional determination beyond the agreed scope of Astroman's services, the client is responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice.

7.Limitation of Liability

Use of Astroman's website and professional services is subject to the limitation-of-liability provisions contained in the Terms and any applicable Project Agreement.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to expand or contradict those provisions.

8.Independent Contractor Relationship

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Astroman performs professional services as an independent contractor.

An engagement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between Astroman and the client.

Neither party has authority to bind the other except as expressly agreed in writing.

9.Confidentiality

Client confidentiality is handled in accordance with the Terms, applicable Project Agreement, and any separate confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement between the parties.

Clients should not submit protected health information, individually identifiable patient information, medical records, Social Security numbers, passwords, financial-account information or credentials, or other information subject to specialized legal, privacy, or security requirements through the general website inquiry form.

Projects involving information requiring specialized confidentiality or security arrangements should establish those requirements before the information is provided to Astroman.

10.Intellectual Property

Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables and Astroman intellectual property are governed by the Terms and applicable Project Agreement.

11.Website Content

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to perform any particular service.

Descriptions of services do not guarantee availability, price, timeline, suitability, or acceptance of a proposed engagement.

A professional engagement exists only after the parties have agreed to the applicable Project Agreement.
